the constitution (reflection)

The constitution is the act or the process of composing , setting up , making up or establishing a structure which is also defined as a fundamental laws , written or unwritten that is establishing a government by describing the principal laws to which a society must conform by explaining the organization ‘s  government , regulation , distribution and limitations . The role of a constitution is to provide scope for good government, while at the same time placing limitations on the powers of the governors. The first constitution was written in the United States of America September 17, 1787 by the constitutional convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and ratified by conventions in eleven states. The first ten amendments are known as the  Bill of Rights . The Constitution has been  amended seventeen times (for a total of 27 amendments) and its principles are applied in courts of law by  judicial reviews. Its purpose was to create a  Federal Constitution to replace the Articles of Confederation (1777). This constitution was written by national Archives , Washington, D.C.

I think it is better for the Egyptian government to write first the constitution so they can have and obtain a base , a structure and an organization of all laws chosen by the Egyptian people . In presence of this constitution , a structure will be presented to determinate where and when Egypt ‘s future is going to and how to deal with today and tomorrow ‘s situations .

New year 's resolution

It will never ends, it will always be a philanthropy for us, we, Egyptians. 2011 wasn’t just a year that can be smelled by anyone like any flower , but it’s all about something attractive and zealous , something that can’t be smelled by a flower , it will only be smelled by someone that understands what love is , what patience is , what sacrifice is. It will always be an ambiguous enigma that makes who is capable to smell it, will be capable to understand it and to get out of it in appeasing it and be Servile to it. 2011 was a happy wonderful year, where I grow in seeing people dead in sacrificing their only country, Egypt, I saw life in the death , like an angel dead for being an angel .

In this year, I saw what friends are about, what family is about and what love is about. When she passed herself to 2012 , she wasn’t wrong , she ‘s always right because in 2012 , things are starting to be meaningful and less complicated , this year started with love , love of Family and Friends , love of being yourself , even if it ‘s not mentioned on your list or on your life plan.2012 started with Egypt and Egyptians , like parking problems , we actually like to park in very cleverly in the opposite side which makes us funny . Like cinema‘s lines the word lines makes it ironic which makes us funny. Like being alive with two different personalities which makes us also funny. This year will be a fact, it will glow herself, I feel it. We will know in this what dreams are about and how to make dreams come true. 2012 will always be a way of attending a goal of what comes next, a challenge of wondering if we will change, if Egypt is going to change and to be diverted by us, if yourself will be yourself.

Globalization

Our lives today depend on two important questions: first of all, how to live without money? And secondly, how to live with money? These two questions are building our lives on a ladder where we are standing on; it can go up and down. this ladder is called Globalization , this last is a set of rungs and steps in our life between two long supports poverty and richness or wealth .In this reflection , I’ll approach the definition of globalization , its history , its constitutions and finally globalization today .

Globalization from my understanding is the process of increasing the connectivity, the unit and the interdependence of the word‘s markets and business, it is actually a form of cultural economy, it had been dramatically know and speeded as a technological advance in all communities. This process‘s role is to facilitate and to make easier for people to travel, communicate and to do business internationally.

The globalization’s economy began when two or more societies exchange resources with their own economic systems , globalization had been improved in too  many ways : capitalism , developing countries , E commerce , homogenization , International Monitory Fund , Mercantilism , Multiracial , Multinational corporation , Off shoring , Outsourcing ,Protectionism and Word Bank. Globalization began with the first movement of people out of Africa into other parts of the world. Traveling short, then longer distances, migrants, merchants, and others have always taken their ideas, customs, and products into new lands. The melding, borrowing, and adaptation of outside influences can be found in many areas of human life.

Globalization today is being unprecedented, it is developing the degree of national and international economic integration that is affecting our world hardly in a very fast way by developing international markets that is going further than ever before. it create a growing sense of help about the ability of nations to control their destinies in the face of global markets.

LIFE?

It is all about love, if you never find love, you’ll never find forgiveness you'll never find beauty, you'll never find kindness, you'll never find yourself. Well, love was the most specific theme that life had analyzed it to me in this vacation, it’s like the wind, you never see it but you can feel. i felt in this vacation , mostly everything  about love and caring , i didn't traveled because i chose to stay with the rest of the people that i have been always in love with. I learned about them i learned about Egyptians, i learned how to feel “humanity”. Moreover, i realized that humans are "lives" every human has a life give an opportunity to another one to live. Furthermore, i 've met my personality , i talked a lot with my heart , i  introduced my life to me which i found it perfectly beautiful , just beautiful .  i found a lot of meanings for love and life and i did believe it , i 've chosen who i am now and who i 'll be later. Isn’t it good to find yourself, to feel it and to talk with it. I found this vacation odd and weird; it wasn’t perfect neither amazing but it was simple, lovely and beautiful from a particular odd way.
